Mr Gede was very prompt with our requests, friendly, accommodating and most importantly gave good and honest advice on where we should go to avoid being charged inflated tourist prices. A good sense of humour, he brought light heartedness to our trip, even though we had screaming and sick kids in the car (he never once complained about the noise and instead was very understanding). Chilled bottled water was available throughout the trip (Gede had a cooler box to store the chilled water in his boot!) - a nice and thoughtful gesture amidst the hot weather. He even went out of the way to help us order delivery dinner when we ran late with our itinerary on one of the days. All in all, an excellent guide and driver!

My family spent a week in Bali in June 2015. Through the villa owner, we had engaged Mr Gede for 3 days of bus & tour service. Gede speaks good English, polite and responsive. Most of us being first time in Bali managed to see quite a number of beautiful and scenic places. Particularly, we enjoyed the white river rafting very much. The river is located in muncen karangasem area which is approximately 1.5 hours from Kuta. Thanks to Gede for introducing it and bringing us there! Gede was service oriented and he actually arranged 2 cars to send us to airport on the last day when he could not source for the 12-seater bus (typically limited and in high demand in Jun-Jul period). That was when we met Mrs Gede as she was the one driving the other car 

I have a great time in Bali thanks to Gde, from Bali Epica Tours...he was totally amazing taking us to so many hidden places besides the popular Tanah Lot, Uluwatu etc..he has also show us some really nice and secret spots. His patience and sense of humour made our trip from a normal one to a extraordinary one.I highly recommend the Bali Epica Tours if you want to discover more than what a regular tour operator would offer. Differently from other operators i have encountered in Bali, with Gde you will not get robed. We were with him for about five times, we were a group of 5 Romanians and because of him we are now planning our next trip for the next year. Just got back from Bali two weeks ago. Thanks and enjoy it!
